    • Use 1 tablespoon in your breakfast food or beverage. 
• Add 1 tablespoon to soup. 
• Drink ½ cup every morning as soon as you get up. (Very effective.) 
• Apply these water based products for skin to your face where the irritation appears by adding a few drops to a cotton ball and dabbing gently. Allow to dry naturally.
